Hailey graduated from Liberty University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Hailey’s specialties include working individually with both women and men, ages 13 and up. She also works with couples for premarital counseling, as she is certified in SYMBIS. Hailey’s primary counseling approach is evidenced-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on identifying the negative beliefs that inform one’s thoughts and behaviors. She also integrates other techniques and theories such as a strengths-based approach. She is focusing on counseling from a Christian worldview, if requested by the client. Hailey believes in building trust and connection with her clients, and understands that the counselor-client relationship is foundational to the counseling process! Hailey can counsel clients with a variety of needs, including but not limited to:

Hailey is a New York native and an alumna of Florida State University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and friends, coaching CrossFit, and serving at her local church! A fun fact is that she grew up competing in gymnastics and when she went to college she joined FSU’s acrobatic circus!
