There is an ever-growing body of research that supports how essential spirituality is for mental health wellness. In this group, we will discuss, reflect, engage, and deepen our understanding of spirituality in our lives. This group will offer a safe space to dive into spiritual resources that will serve to enrich our ability to connect with others, develop lasting relationships, navigate change, and foster our interior lives. Whether you are new to spirituality or just getting started, this group is a completely free resource for you to learn and grow in new ways. Each individual who comes is also entitled to a 30-min session before and after the 6-weeks. What do you have to lose? Join us as Ashley Potts leads this free 6-week women’s group at CCST!
