Taylor works primarily with couples seeking healing and restoration in their relationships, and she also specializes in working with women navigating pornography, sex, and love addiction, betrayal trauma, affair recovery, and relational wounds. She considers it an honor and privilege to walk alongside clients in some of their most vulnerable moments and is committed to helping them find clarity, hope, and lasting healing.
Her therapeutic approach is relational, compassionate, and collaborative. Taylor draws from evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the CSAT task model, and the Gottman Method, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. She views faith as an important source of strength and hope and integrates Christian principles into counseling for clients who desire a faith-informed approach.
Outside of counseling, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also loves tending to her chickens, gardening, baking sourdough, crocheting, and reading. Taylor is grateful to be part of the team at Christian Counseling of Tampa and looks forward to supporting clients as they pursue healing and deeper connection.
